Really poor service. Difficult to make appointment and when finally got one 3 weeks later at ripley arrived and had to wait 45 minutes with no communication. When finally saw doctor absolutely no acknowledgment or apology. The doctor was patronising and very dismissive. Offered advice for diabetic health check which did not want, rather than taking time to listen to rationale why got lectured on how much it would cost NHS if there was a problem and it was not picked up. I am not stupid and do not expect to be spoken to in such a condescending manner. I appreciate the doctors are incredibly busy and pressured but when did they stop listening to patients, very disappointed with her attitude. Really poor service from start to finish.

I have used a variety of services and had nothing but positive experiences. The helpful and compassionate staff have put me at ease constantly. They always try to accomadate appointment times when they can and even readjusted the time when I turned up at the greenhill branch by mistake instead of the one at ripley. You sometimes have to wait a while to go in when it's busy but that is understandable, just make sure you leave time for your appointment. I never feel rushed or like they don't want to listen. Very happy with the service.

The reception staff are excellent. Unfortunately I have made a complaint against one member but 99% of the time they have always been efficient, caring and considerate and very helpful. David the nurse is an outstanding member of your staff. He has given jabs to my baby daughter a number of times. His manner and care are exemplary.
Dr Blyth is also one of your doctors who deserves huge recognition for outstanding care and empathy.
